HO-52 XI and IX Regions (7 days/ 6 nights)
Aysén and Lake Regions
Day 1 Balmaceda / Coyhaique
Arrival to Balmaceda located in the heart on Chilean Patagonia.
Transfer to the Hotel in Coyhaique. On the road, you will be able
to observe the falls of the Polluk River, the Chinese wall, the
Foitzic lagoon and the McKay hill. Dinner and lodging.
Day 2 San Rafael Lagoon
Early departure to Chacabuco Port. An Adventure tour begins towards
the millennial San Rafael Glacier. During the trip, the Andes Mountains,
virgin falls, bridge veil falls, Farellon tunnel, Simpson River,
Las Pizarras and the President Ibanez’s hanging bridge in Puerto
Aysén can be appreciated. Once
in Chacabuco port, board Catamaran. Navigate for four and half hours
among fjords and Patagonic canals before arriving at the Millennial
Glacier and its 20.000 year old snowdrift. Lunch will be served
on the boat with a view of the Glacier where you will ice taken
from the glacier where you will be invited to share a glass of whiskey
with ice taken from the Glacier. After lunch the Glacier will be
able to be observed from different angles and if the conditions
allow, you may be able to see a detachment of glacial ice that can
reach 70 Mts. of height. In the evening return to the Chacabuco
Port, Transfer fro Chacabuco to the Hotel in Coyhaique.
Day 3 Balmaceda / Puerto Montt / Villarrica
Breakfast transfer to the Balmaceda Airport in the middle of the
steppe pampas precede in taking your flight to Puerto Montt. Reception
and iniciate our trip to Villarrica in about 4 Hours crossing the
X Region and upon our arrival to the IX Region we will observe the
Villarrica Volcano. In the Hotel they
are going to be waiting for us with a cocktail and dinner. Lodging.
Day 4 Villarrica Volcano / Caburga Lagoon
This tour first visits the Volcanic Caves, Travelling in the lava
tubes from 300 meters inside Volcano. The guide will explain the
chronology of the eruptions of one of the most active Volcano of
the world. Visit the city if Pucón and the Lake Caburga this
lake (eyes of the Caburga) are formed by three beautiful waterfalls,
surrounded by exuberant vegetation. Ojos Del Caburga received its
name because from above, the waterfalls appear to be two eyes, one
blue and one green.
Day 5 Coñaripe / Geometric Hot Spring
Full day tour at Licanray town, Calafquen Lake and the wood settlement,
we keep bordering the Villarrica Volcano for 17 kilometers, we end
up at the Geometric hot Spring where you may enjoy this thermals
water. Return to Villarrica.
Day 6 Villarrica
Visit the city of Pucón and enjoy the beautiful beaches of
the lake Villarrica. as an optional tour passenger may take a flight
to observe this Beautiful region and have a better view of the inside
of the volcano.
Day 7 Villarrica / Temuco
Breakfast and transfer to Temuco Airport or Bus Terminal.
